Apsley sparks early interest

Demand for office space in Glasgow's financial service district is as high as ever, according to one developer.
BAM Properties, the firm behind a new development on the site of the former Apsley House in Wellington Street, has received offers from potential occupiers, despite demolition work only just finishing on the site.
The 75,000 sq ft property isn't due for completion until autumn 2009.
Michael Smart, of BAM Properties, said: "Despite the early stage of its redevelopment, we have been encouraged by the number of inquiries from prospective tenants we've received for Apsley House.
"It's going to be a landmark building, in a prominent location in the city centre.
"Demolition is now complete, construction has commenced and the development will be formally launched in the coming months."
