BAM Properties starts on Glasgow office

BAM Properties has begun the development of Apsley House in Glasgow's central business district. The 25,000sq ft building, which was part of a seven building scheme that was forward sold to IVG in a £146m deal, will be redeveloped into a 75,000sq ft scheme. Ryden and Jones Lang LaSalle are the letting agents. The scheme is due to reach completion in autumn 2009.
